In the video below, I give you a full tutorial on how you can start selling your own customized mugs on Etsy. You can then use this information to move on to other products and services once you gain the relevant experience
How does it work?
Well it's quit simple.
(Please note, the video above goes into more details and shows you exactly what needs to be done)
Step 1 Go on to Etsy and search personalized mugs or custom mugs.
This will give you an idea of all the different products available.
Start off with the simple designs first and then search the sellers store.
Once you are in the sellers store, you will be able to see which products are the most popular because you Etsy will highlight some of the products that have been added to the basket as you can see from the image below
The more people who have the item in their basket, the more popular the item is. Make a list of these products so you can analyse them.
Look at the titles, the description, the image and design etc.
This will then give you an idea of what you should create.
Step 2 Go on to Canva and create your own design. I show you how to use Canva in the video above. This free tool has many stock images and fonts for you to play around with to create some really appealing designs, They do also have a pro features and images if you want to take your designs to the next level.
If you prefer for someone to design the products for you, you can always search for T-Shirt designers on Fiverr
These are Print on Demand website where they hold stock for Mugs, T-shirts, Hoodies etc.
They have plain canvases available so you can upload your designs to the site to see what it would look like on the finished product.
There is no need to purchase in advance, you can download the preview images and upload them to an Etsy listing.
Once the item sells, you can then go to either one of these sites and place the order. All you have to do is buy the item and enter the customers details of where the item should be shipped to.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3
